1. Acceptance

By accessing the Bytode interface you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

2. Eligibility & restricted persons

The token is offered only under Reg D Rule 506(c) and Regulation S to eligible non-U.S. persons and qualified purchasers, and only to wallets that have completed KYC and eligibility verification. It is not offered or available to U.S. persons or to residents of sanctioned jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. No advice, no offer

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Net asset value and yield are variable, historical figures do not guarantee future performance, and digital assets involve risk of loss including possible loss of principal.

4. Non-custodial software

The interface is a viewer onto smart contracts you interact with directly from your own wallet. We never take custody of your assets, cannot access your keys, and cannot reverse on-chain transactions. Reserve assets are held by an independent qualified custodian, not by the interface operator.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the interface is provided "as is" without warranties; we are not liable for losses arising from protocol use, interest-rate or stablecoin movements, network failures, or third-party services.

6. Governing law & arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the issuer's jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis; you waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
